Ceremony and Reception Planning, and Coordination Service
Recommend and locate 2-3 possible venues that meet your requirements and are available on your requested date
Advise you of all applicable fees, deposits and payment deadlines for use of venue for the ceremony and reception, the marriage officiant and other services
Obtain preliminary catering quotations and menu options for the reception
Liaise with reception site manager to finalise catering options and prices
Book and confirm all services needed for the ceremony and reception such as music, photography, video, decorations, flowers for bridal party, transport, equipment rentals and any other service you desire
Centralise and distribute payments
Respond to all queries initiated by you via email in a timely manner
Provide ceremony outline and inform Reverend of any special requests
Prepare wedding day schedule
One planning session with coordinator soon after your arrival to finalise plans
Coordinator to attend one ceremony and reception site visit with you to review site
Assistance of coordinator at the Ministry of Home affairs with the paperwork
Payment of the marriage license fee and stamp duty
Assistance of Coordinator(s) on day of wedding at ceremony and reception venue to oversee set up and check on arrival of all service providers and services booked
Assistance of Coordinator for the full duration of the ceremony and reception
Obtaining and posting the certified copy of the marriage certificate issued by the Registrar
Rehearsal Planning Service:
- Set up appointments with marriage officiant and ceremony site manager for rehearsal
- Presence of Coordinator to oversee rehearsal
- Book rehearsal dinner
Site Visit & Consultations
You may decide to visit Barbados in order to review the possibilities and to make a final determination on your choice of hotel accommodation, ceremony and reception venues, marriage officiant and other service providers.
We can offer you consultation and appointment scheduling services. We are available to accompany you on all appointments and answer any questions that you may have about your wedding plans.
